Discover the great wines from Australia and New Zealand

The wines from Down Under have established an international reputation for producing some of the best value wines in the world. Both countries are known for their cool-climates, and some of the most progressive and environmentally conscious producers. The two countries have also developed a distinct winemaking style and flavor profile all their own. We have selected a range of wines that reflect the regions at all price points to help expand and elevate the category.

Tapi Organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

‘A homage to the earthy and savory expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc’

Named after the imperial Mt Tapuae-o-Uenuku, the ‘footprint of the rainbow’. In the South Pacific Ocean, Mt Tapi, as the locals call it, is a beacon that rises above the famous Marlborough wine region. This snowy-topped peak is at the heart of the Altschwager Kenneally story, where the vision for our company began and where our first grapes were picked. Our Wairau Valley vineyard beneath the mountain is home to true cool-climate viticulture and winemaking, and half of the Altschwager Kenneally team. Tapi’s fruit comes from several hand-picked, organically-certified blocks throughout the Marlborough Valley.
All hands-on processes, all heart. You’ll know it by the nose.

Meet Justin Jarrett from See Saw Wines.

‘Its all about Balance and Harmony’

See Saw, is known for its elegant, award-winning wines that showcase the mountainous Orange wine region. The wines are certified organic, and sustainability is front and center in the vineyards and right across the business. “Our family philosophy is an old Cherokee saying, which is, ‘You don’t inherit the land from your parents, you inherit it from your children’,” says Justin. “If you look at indigenous cultures around the world, they have had a far greater respect for the Earth. So that is the philosophy of everything we do. We are always looking to the future, so that our children can do the same.” Justin and Pip own three organic-certified vineyards in Orange’s highlands, each at a different elevation.

Welcome Das Juice.

A winemaking project from James Audas and Tom Sheer.

Made with maximum good-drinking in mind, all of our wines are sourced from some of the best organic and biodynamic vineyards around South Australia as well as a special wine we make in Beaujolais from the organic vineyards of Fleurie hero and good friend Guillaume Chanudet. Our wines are made with no adjustments, with no fining nor filtration and with a small amount of Sulphur at bottling being the only addition. We choose not to disturb the wines during their ageing, preferring to respect the grapes that the season gave to us each year. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

Daniel Brennan launches some new natty wines to the portfolio.

Daniels vision to create wines using classic practices, minimal intervention, and wines with a community based attitude.  These are ideas as old as wine itself and Daniel believes strongly in them.  However I look to the future as well.  I look at a time when we use smart practices in the vineyard and the winery that not only inspire but preserve our great planet.  I’ve had a great deal of help from many other winemakers, growers and friends in Hawkes Bay, Martinborough, and back home in the USA as well.
